Prather Ridge Estate | 3BR | Bourbon + Pickleball - Chaplin

Bourbon Trail Meets Private Luxury, Your Upstairs Wing

Bourbon lovers travel in groups, some smaller than others. This is the private upstairs wing of Prather Ridge Estate, a sweeping 6-bedroom Kentucky country home on 5 private acres in Nelson County, the heartland of American bourbon. This listing gives you 3 king bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and your own second living room, plus full shared access to the main estate's kitchen, dining table, porch, and Entertainment Barn.

A couple's escape. A small friends' trip. A workation for a team of 4 to 6. Whatever the occasion, this wing gives your group real bedrooms, real breathing room, and a genuine second living space to spread out into, not a single shared lounge doing double duty.

Wrap up a day of distillery touring and come home to something special. Step onto the shared wraparound porch as the evening light fades over the ridge. Ease into the 6-person hot tub under an open Kentucky sky. Challenge each other to pickleball or table tennis in the Entertainment Barn. Then retreat upstairs to your own soaking tub and sauna, or settle into your private Bourbon Lounge with a record on and a pour in hand.

The world-famous Kentucky Bourbon Trail is your backyard: Heaven Hill, Willett, Bardstown Bourbon Company, and more, all within 25 to 40 minutes. Historic Bardstown, the Bourbon Capital of the World, is 25 minutes away.
