~ Extra guests? No problem — there are 2 rollaway beds for flexible sleeping arrangements

~ Every bedroom, the living room, and the game room have individual wall AC units providing both hot and cold air for personalized comfort (please make sure all ac units are either cooling or heating at the same time to avoid contradictory directions to the shared outdoor compressor).

* A 4-ft pre-lit Christmas tree with ornaments is available and stored in the master bedroom closet—guests are welcome to set it up during their stay.

All of Morongo Basin / 29 Palms Noise ordinance in effect. To be a good neighbor and protect our permit, we kindly ask that you avoid parties, events, or large gatherings beyond the approved guest count.

Check-in: 4:00 PM; Check-out: 11:00 AM. Flexible for late check out (no extra charge) if there's no same-day turnover, so just ask!
