You can relax on the screen porch with ceiling fans or step down a few steps and enjoy grilling and the view from the patio. A few steps away you are at the dock, boathouse with an electric boat lift, and ready to swim, fish, boat or just relax. This property is located in a perfect and convenient location with a grocery store, drug store, dollar store, hardware store, liquor store and a gas station all within 2 miles from the rental. As far as restaurants there is Cozumel, a great Mexican restaurant (3 miles) also a brand new restaurant/Bar, The Woods which is 1 mile from the house and a great place to eat. There are also storage buildings available 1 mile away. About 4 miles and you are at the beautiful Robert Trent Jones Golf course. Also new is [Removed] for pontoon rentals.
This house is very clean and attended to. I live next door so I am available 24/7 for any questions or needs. This house is FULLY furnished with all sorts of amenities to make your vacation easy, laid back and fun. I will do my best to make your stay a comfortable and memorable vacation. The Unique Benefits of this House: I am a very water oriented person. Living right on the water is by far the best therapy one could ever want. I want clients to enjoy all the water activities that go with living on the water. I do all the maintenance and enjoy cooking outside and at anytime I might show up at the rental house with a sampler of things I decided to cook. I am constantly adding amenities and welcome requests from clients to make this house more enjoyable, and there have been some great suggestions that I have followed through with to complete their requests..
Also, If needed I will also do all your grocery shopping prior to your arrival. All I need is a grocery list and a reasonable notice, if you would like this included.

Awesome Lake House!
My family truly enjoyed our time spent in this lovely lake house. It was super clean, comfortable, and cozy. Every amenity you can possibly think of was available. It is a great location for docking our boat and exploring Wilson Lake. We enjoyed cooking, grilling, and eating with family on the wonderful and spacious screened porch. Porch time for reading, conversing, eating meals, watching songbirds, turtles, and chipmunks, and boaters was a pure delight. Many thanks to our host, Bob, for making sure our accommodations were perfect. This place is a winner!

Very Relaxing
This was a wonderful house for relaxing and enjoying the view. The host was extremely friendly and very hospitable. We had a very nice time.

Great fishing!!!
Great week with grandson who loved the fishing!! Lots of bream caught as well as two big catfish. Dock was shaded and cool even on 90+ days. House was was very clean and well equipped. Host was great and right next door ready to assist with any needs. All in all a great stay!

3 Day Get Away
We had a great time on our 3 day get away . The property was exactly as described and very comfortable. Being right on the water was great as the house has 3 different viewing areas. The dock, the patio as I’ll call it and the screened in porch. The boat lift was a perk to keep my wave runner out of water. Bob was so friendly and I got to hear some cool stories about his music career before we left. Already booked another trip for Labor Day. The only mistake we made was bringing to much ‘’stuff’’ since the place is stocked with anything you need besides food.

Wilson Lake getawayMy husband and I loved this trip. Bob is a wonderful host. His house was perfect. We hiked played golf and relaxed back at the house. Bob has gone above and beyond to make your stay special. He even had flowers and candy waiting on us. Clean and he has so many extras.

Great relaxing trip!!
Our stay at Bob’s house was wonderful! We enjoyed every minute of it! The place was very comfortable and the added little treats were nice from the chocolates, flowers and all the things you could ever need! Bob is a wonderful host and we look forward to coming back!!

Nature Lovers Paradise Lake House.
My family and I just got done spending a week at this location. We cannot say enough good things about the lake house experience that we had. Bob, our host has really dialed in on how to take care of his visitors. If you’re looking for a true home away from home experience, this is it. Everything you need and more is provided. Literally bring your clothes and that’s it. The property is very well laid out and expansive. Plenty of room to roam. Well maintained on the inside and out. This truly is a gem of a vacation rental. Our children loved the green space and multiple levels they had to play. It was like an outdoor play land. Excellent dock and patio, deck layout as well. House is fully stock with all the essentials. Rooms and beds our cozy and comfortable. Great location with plenty to do in the outdoors. Bob goes above and beyond for his guests and we felt very welcome from the moment we arrived. Lots of good conversations. We will be back when returning to the area again. If your consideration this place, don’t hesitate. Just book it and come see the beauty of nature for yourself.

What a find!!! Perfect all the way around!
My husband, my 15yr old daughter, and myself had very nice spring break getaway. This little house is so cozy and had absolutely everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. VERY CLEAN! The fresh flowers on our arrival was a nice touch. Bob is fantastic and makes a true effort to make sure you have all you need. We will be back! Also want to mention this is a very quiet neighborhood which made the stay even more relaxing! Thank you Bob!!!

Cozy Lake house:
Great experience with the lake house and the owner.
Bob is top notch and wants to make sure you have everything you need for a great trip. House is very close to water with a well lit dock. Lake house is well stocked so you won’t be in need if you forget something. We enjoyed the house and our time chatting with Bob.

Beautiful place on the Tennessee River! Fabulous Host!
This is our second time staying at Bob’s beautiful home. This time, three women visiting family in Alabama. Bob really has thought of everything needed for his guests to have an awesome stay! The kitchen is so well stocked – even paper plates and cups! Everything we needed was right there at our fingertips! We even needed scotch tape at one point and found it! The sheets/beds are so comfortable, we were lulled to sleep by the sound of the river each night. The place is immaculately clean. The best part for us was sitting on that lovely enclosed porch each night enjoying the warm evenings and activity on the river. We didn’t want to leave! You won’t find a better host than Bob… and the house is simply delightful in every way! Highly recommend!

Excellent Property – Property Owner is Stellar!
All we can say is W-O-W! Not only was the property all we hoped for and much more, the owner is the best there is. We made a friend for life. We had everything we needed, but if we didn’t, the property own would do everything he could to make sure we had it. The house is excellent. So comfy at an ideal location. For boaters, the boat lift is so convenient. We arrived to fresh flowers left in the house for us which was an amazing touch. Newly added is a great fish cleaning station at the dock. Everything was absolutely perfect! We can’t wait to come back!!

Great Fishing Spot Had a great time staying here.
House is comfy with about everything you would need to cook meals including a crock pot and regular pots and pans of various sizes. Beds were clean and comfortable. The setting of the house is great and right on the water but in a cove protected from the main lake. We brought 2 boats and had plenty of room. But the fishing is still great right from the dock if you don’t have a boat. We will be back for sure.
