This thoughtfully designed apartment is one of four in a charming building on a quiet residential street in New Orleans. With two private entrances and all the comforts of home, it’s the perfect blend of style and convenience. The living room features a queen-size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and cozy bench seating. Enjoy meals at the four-person dining table or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The serene bedroom includes a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, dresser, and nightstands, plus direct access to the peaceful shared backyard. With hotel-quality linens, privacy shades, designer furnishings, and curated local art, this inviting space offers a comfortable and memorable New Orleans stay.

The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood. The apartment is surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.

My dad and I have lovingly owned and managed this home for over 11 years. As a local architect and historic preservationist, it’s been a joy to thoughtfully maintain and preserve this house as a beautiful example of New Orleans architecture.
