This thoughtfully designed space is one of four apartments in a charming building on a quiet residential street in New Orleans. With two private entrances and all the comforts of home, it offers an ideal mix of style and convenience. The living room includes a queen-size leather sleeper sofa with a memory foam mattress and cozy bench seating. Share meals at the four-person dining table or cook in the fully stocked kitchen. The serene bedroom features a queen bed with a memory foam mattress, dresser, and nightstands, along with direct access to the peaceful shared backyard. With hotel-quality linens, privacy shades, curated local art, and designer touches throughout, it’s an inviting home base for a comfortable and memorable New Orleans stay.

You’ll have full access to your private apartment, plus shared amenities including the lush backyard, laundry room, and complimentary bikes, perfect for exploring the city. The apartment is centrally located in the Central City neighborhood, surrounded by the Warehouse District (art galleries and restaurants), the Lower Garden District (a young, vibrant area centered around Magazine Street), the Garden District (historic mansions and cemeteries), and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard (a variety of museums and restaurants).

As a local architect and historic preservationist, it’s been a joy to thoughtfully maintain and preserve this house as a beautiful example of New Orleans architecture.
