This thoughtfully designed apartment is one of four in a beautifully maintained building on a quiet residential street in the heart of New Orleans. With private entrances from both the front and backyard, the space offers the perfect blend of privacy and charm. Inside, you'll find a queen-sized bed and leather sleeper sofa—both with plush memory foam mattresses—luxury linens, privacy shades, and curated local art throughout. The dining area features a four-person table and bar seating for two, leading into a fully equipped kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook at home. The stylish living room includes additional seating, a work desk, and all the comforts to relax or recharge. The apartment is surrounded by the Warehouse District, known for its art galleries and restaurants; the Lower Garden District, a young and vibrant neighborhood centered around Magazine Street; the Garden District, known for its historic mansions and cemeteries; and Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard, which contains a variety of museums and restaurants.

My dad and I have lovingly owned and managed this home for over 11 years. As a local architect and historic preservationist, it’s been a joy to thoughtfully maintain and preserve this house as a beautiful example of New Orleans architecture.
