The Space

This spacious home comfortably sleeps up to 14 guests and features an open, welcoming layout that allows everyone to gather while still offering private spaces to recharge.

Bunk Room
Designed for groups, this large bunk room includes four queen beds, making it perfect for kids, teens, or friends traveling together. Plenty of space to sleep, relax, and recharge.

Need more than 14 passes? No problem – additional day passes can be purchased directly at the clubhouse for \$25 per person, per day. We do not sell extra passes ourselves. Refunds will not be given for waterpark being closed on any black out dates you can reach out to pecan valley directly to see when those are.

Winter Amenities (November–June)

The Pecan Valley Resort has announced a seasonal pause for the main pool and lazy river. However, some amenities remain available:

Please note: We do not manage or operate the clubhouse or water park. We provide free access, but guests are responsible for contacting Pecan Valley Resort directly to confirm which amenities will be open during their specific dates.


Clubhouse & Extras

The clubhouse and additional amenities (such as the restaurant window and rentals) may also be available, but access is at the resort’s discretion. We recommend checking directly with the resort for the most accurate information.

Ongoing construction: Please note that there is ongoing construction two rows down from us and at the clubhouse. They do try and keep noise levels to a minimum and don’t work during city quiet hours.

Disclaimer:
Our homes are located in the heart of the desert, where the unique environment means occasional encounters with pests, despite our best efforts. We spray monthly for pest control to maintain a comfortable space for our guests.

During the summer months sugar ants are more common, and they can appear if food is left out, even with regular pest control. In the winter, cockroaches may be seen more frequently. While we take extensive measures to keep them out, the desert environment can sometimes make it unavoidable.

Please note that refunds will not be granted for pest sightings. However, if you let us know, our pest control team can come out during your stay to spray again. We truly do our best to maintain a clean and pest free home and appreciate your understanding of these natural desert challenges.

Camera disclaimer:
Please note that there is a camera mounted in the garage. Not to worry, this camera is used to ensure essential product deliveries so you can have all of your essentials in the home prior to your stay. The camera is used for nothing else.

Resort Construction Disclaimer:
Our community is still growing! Construction is ongoing throughout the resort. Work is typically limited to weekday daytime hours, with occasional work on weekends. The construction crews are mindful of our guests, and we strive to maintain a peaceful atmosphere at all times.
Refunds will not be issued for any noise or disruptions related to construction.

While we ensure the home is clean, beautiful, and welcoming for your arrival, hotel-style services like daily housekeeping, concierge assistance, and unlimited toiletries are not included in your reservation.

We provide a starter supply of essentials such as paper goods, soaps, and basic necessities to get you through your first couple of days. Should you need more during your stay, you’ll simply need to purchase them locally.

If you’d like to arrange extra services like daily cleaning, mid-stay refreshes, or additional amenities, they may be available for an additional fee — just ask!
