It features a bar, a versatile 3-function table for gaming, and a living room adorned with comfortable recliner sofa-bomber style chairs. A full bath and laundry facilities complete this level's convenience.

Backyard Bliss
Step into the backyard oasis, where a shared hot tub awaits. Nestled at the property's rear, it offers a serene space to unwind amidst bubbles. The shared hot tub is available on a first-come, first-served basis, perfect for mingling with fellow travelers or enjoying exclusive moments of relaxation.

Additional Accommodation Option
Consider the "Peak View Little Luxury Home," a standalone tiny house located behind and above Peak View Family Lux Home. It features a King bed with blackout drapes, double shower, full-service kitchen, dedicated parking, and a Peak-facing deck, providing a private retreat for singles, couples, or a small family associated with your group.

Important Information
For the comfort of all guests, smoking is strictly prohibited inside Peak View Family Lux, and pets are not allowed on the property.

Thoughtful essentials are provided to ensure you enjoy a comfortable stay. The kitchen is equipped with high-quality, PFAS-free ceramic cookware, a Brita water filter pitcher, electric tea kettle, olive oil, salt, pepper, and a basic selection of spices and herbs for easy meals at home. Coffee lovers will appreciate high-quality organic coffee, while tea drinkers can enjoy a curated selection of six Stash teas, along with sugar, creamer, and raw organic honey.

The bathroom is stocked with premium shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hand soap, plus a hair dryer, iron and ironing board for longer stays or events.

For day-to-day ease, you’ll also find Clorox cleaning wipes, broom and dustpan, vacuum, and wet mop, making it simple to keep the space tidy during your stay.

Please note: a separate, detached tiny home at the rear of the property, lovingly called the Little Lux, may be occupied by other Airbnb guests. It has its own private entrance and dedicated parking, and is rented independently.

If you have not reserved the Little Lux, we kindly ask that you respect guest privacy by staying off the rear steps and keeping patio and yard noise to a considerate level.

The hot tub is located on the rear patio and is shared exclusively between the main home and the detached Little Lux.

Please treat the hot tub as a shared, community-minded amenity: rinse before entering, towel-dry before returning indoors, keep music and conversation at a courteous volume, and leave the space exactly as you found it so everyone can enjoy a serene soak.
