Adjacent to the kitchen, a cozy dining area overlooks the front yard, making it the perfect spot to enjoy your morning coffee.

The house is a tri-level, 3bed/2ba house. The master suite and private bathroom is on the top level and is currently occupied by a long-term tenant. We ask that you not disturb the tenant on the top floor. You have full access to the main level and basement. On the main level, you'll find a fully furnished living room with a brick fireplace, TV, and lots of comfortable seating, a well-stocked kitchen with designated pantry and refrigerator space, and a cozy dining room. A spacious laundry room is located in the basement.
