Introducing "Tiny Dreamer," a 224 sq ft. tiny house on wheels meticulously crafted in Tennessee. Its dimensions measure 28' x 8'. Upon entering, you'll find to the left a step up into an inviting 8' x 8' living room, featuring a cozy futon pull-out bed accompanied by two side tables. Mounted on the wall is a sleek flat-screen television that neatly folds away when not in use. Shining with natural light, this room brightens the space with three generously sized windows.
Next to the living area is a versatile dining area. When folded in, it comfortably seats two individuals, but when extended, it can accommodate up to four guests. Additionally, this space doubles as a convenient workstation, ideal for laptop use or other work-related activities.
Despite its modest size, the kitchen astonishes with its ample proportions. It features a practical flip-down counter at the end, providing extra dining space as needed. The kitchen is equipped with an impressive farmhouse sink and an abundance of cabinet storage. Culinary endeavors are made simple with a double electric cooktop burner, a convection oven, and essential kitchen appliances such as a toaster, 5-cup coffee maker, electric can opener, utensils, dishes, and cookware. The refrigerator/freezer offers ample storage capacity for perishable items.
The bathroom, though snug, exudes a delightful charm. It comprises a 36" x 72" shower, a standard flush toilet, and a sizable cabinet for storage purposes. A vanity with a sink and a medicine cabinet complete with a mirror and a touch of elegance. A sliding barn door discreetly conceals the bathroom area, nestling beside the refrigerator. Once closed, the door fits into a notch on the kitchen counter.
Conveniently integrated into the tiny house is a storage staircase featuring sturdy metal handles on its right side on the wall. Nearly every step reveals additional storage compartments, maximizing the use of space. The 10' x 8' bedroom loft offers a full-size bed and a dresser for storing clothes during your stay. A quaint side table is also provided. To create a magical ambiance at night, fairy lights can be plugged in at the foot of the bed and in the living room.
In the front yard, a charming firepit awaits, accompanied by four comfortable chairs, two patio side tables and a lovely pathway leading to the entrance. Additionally, you have access to a firepit in the backyard, where two chairs invite you to relax and unwind. The land surrounding the tiny house is adorned with gravel paths, perfect for leisurely strolls and quiet contemplation. A visit to admire the chickens proves to be a curiosity for most. They provide the utmost delicious farm fresh eggs on the homestead during your stay. Serenity abounds here at Tiny Dreamer Homestead, as the symphony of birdsong fills the air, accompanied by the gentle fluttering of butterflies and bees relishing in the beauty of the wildflower gardens in the spring and summer. Recently added, a smoker/grill gives you the option to cook outdoors.
Located 45 minutes from I-40. Did you know, Interstate I-40 is the third longest interstate hignway covering roughly 2556 miles? It runs through 8 states. If you are on a road trip traveling east/west, this is the perfect adventurous interstate with lots to do and see. While traveling through, stop in and stay at Tiny Dreamer Homestead!
You have access to most of the property. Take a walk on the gravel paths and through the wildflower gardens...there are 3 wildflower gardens at the front of the property and 3 in the back which are beautifully bloomed in the spring and summer months. My neighbor at the back right of my property has goats...if you go over to visit them, don't feed them. If you visit the chickens, don't go in their coop and do not feed them any food. Off limit areas are the RV section, the mobile home and the workshop/garage as well as inside of the chicken coop.
My neighbors driveway cuts through my property on one end. There is a fence that divides the two sections. Do not go on the other side of the fence. I'm in the process of growing Morning Glories and other vine like plants to form a better privacy wall.
It is self check in. There is a keypad lock on the door. After you book, you will get an email sending the keypad code for your stay so you can come and go as you please. Since I live on the property, I may be out and about doing my own thing on the homestead but I will give you your space. If you have any questions though, feel free to stop me and ask!
Small town of about 300. City hall, post office, Dollar General (2 minute drive), a few small town businesses, a small school, soy fields, horse barns and a few scattered neighbors...Tiny Dreamer Homestead is a peaceful getaway set in the middle of this little town.
There are several state and local parks in the area to visit.
I have a small parking lot on the property. Diagonal parking on the right as you pull in driveway. It is then a short walk to the tiny house. If you want to go to any local parks, you'll need your car to get there.
Things that are in walking distance would be the post office and city hall. There is a Dollar General that is a 2 minute drive but it's also a short walk through town.
The paths on the property aren't drivable but feel free to walk on them or ride golf carts if you bring those.
I do rent out 4 RV spots on my property and any day guests can request to stay. If you run into them during your stay, you can say a friendly hello...but all guests are asked to respect the other guests privacy.
Since I live in a tiny house, my water heater is only 19 gallons. There is only 7-9 minutes of hot water at a time.
There is a nearby building next door that produces feed for animals. Sometimes the trucks that come in and out can be heard. This is mainly on week days only. Nearby neigbors may be mowing their property or doing other various homestead tasks including farming their fields. You may also hear or see a random side by side or a 4 wheeler zoom by once in a while. The homestead is pretty peaceful otherwise.
