Warm and inviting, open-concept, swanky chic, 3-bedroom, 2-bath house with solar heated pool, powerful AC, ample and luxurious seating for 8 plus people, with all the comforts of home. Centrally located, minutes to everything - spring training, football, hiking, multiple golf courses, Old Town Scottsdale, Paradise Valley, Sky Harbor Airport, music stadiums, Desert Ridge and much more. Nestled only blocks from the Phoenix Mountain Preserve and Shadow Mountain.
The spacious master bedroom has a wonderfully comfortable and luxurious hybrid, king size bed, usb bedside lamps, dresser, clothes hamper, 3 speed ceiling fan, 55" Smart TV, desk and printer, newly renovated master bathroom and french doors leading to an outside, covered lounge area with a custom backlit metal art piece. A seating area that overlooks the mountain preserve, pool and an orange tree that has the sweetest oranges for you to try if you are lucky enough to be there when they are ready.
2 additional bedrooms, each with hybrid, luxurious, queen size beds, dressers, 3-speed ceiling fans, usb bedside lamps with luggage holders in each closet and hangers for your convenience.
Bathrooms are fully stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, even some bath bombs if you are up for a relaxing soak. Hair dryers are available in each bathroom, an ample supply of toilet paper, luxurious bath sheets and make-up washcloths.
A well stocked kitchen with both a cold brew maker as well as a drip and Nespresso pod coffee maker, tea kettle with assorted herbal teas for your relaxing pleasure. A built-in, Hydroviv water purifier is installed in the kitchen sink that provides 24/7 purified water., as well as a Brita Pitcher. A large refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, toaster/oven/air fryer combo, as well as a flat top stove/oven provide you all the comforts you expect in a quality home. The large island allows for great counter space for entertaining, showing off your chef skills or just spreading out.
A 75" Smart TV anchors the large, open space living room with a Polk sound bar and subwoofer for a great movie experience or streaming your favorite shows! An open-style, sunny dining room easily sits 6 people around the table with 4 additional bar stools at the kitchen island overlooking the beautiful pool, allows for ample seating inside.
A Samsung washer and dryer, with Tide pods (original scented & Free & Clear, unscented) is available for your use, as well Downy dryer sheets/liquid or wool dryer balls.

There is NO GARAGE ACCESS.

Very safe and peaceful, urban home, located in a very nice residential neighborhood located in Paradise Valley Highlands, with an ultra private backyard and SOLAR heated pool. We are centrally located and minutes to Lovecraft (unique bar & restaurant with incredible food and over 100 craft beers and cocktails), 32 Shea (fabulous place for breakfast & lunch), Starbucks, Chompies ( breakfast, lunch and dinner with HUGE portions, Basha's grocery store, Trader Joe's, Costco, etc. The house is nestled close to the Phoenix Mountain Preserve (the mountains visible from the windows and pool area of the house), and a great park not far away (Christy Cove Park). A great place for kids to play. Not far from Stonecreek Golf Club, Lookout Mountain Golf Course and Palo Verde Golf Course so you can enjoy a round of golf during your stay..
Hiking and biking are always great options at the nearby Mountain Reserves too.
The neighborhood is centrally located and very safe. About a 20 minute Uber ride to downtown Scottsdale. You will need a car to get around for a variety of shopping experiences, visit restaurants and other activities, but if you prefer to walk, there are some very good restaurants, churches, bars etc within reasonable walking distance from the house. The house is near a City Bus Stop and Uber is always a great choice if you did not rent a car of your own, or prefer not to drive, you could even try the autonomous cars to get around.
A short distance to some fantastic hiking/biking trails. Enjoy what nature has to offer.

This is a fire safety device and is plugged in by the front door. You can read about it by searching Ting Fire on the internet.
***We do have Ring Cameras. One over the driveway and one facing the back alley gate that has visual/audio access to the pool area. There are no cameras inside.
***IF YOU SUFFER FROM ALLERGIES TO FRAGRANCES/SCENTS: We DO NOT use plug ins of any kind, but do use Tide products. Please let us know ahead of time and we will have our wonderful cleaners wash the sheets/towels in Tide Free & Clear in preparation for your stay. Tide Free & Clear is always available to you for use free of charge if you wish to wash clothes. Feel free to move the Tide Original Pods container outside (under cover) out of the house for your comfort. We just ask that you remember to bring it in before you leave. We want for you to be comfortable.

We do allow guests to bring their families and we provide a pack n play, a high chair, children's tableware and sippy cups as well toys and games for children. However, we do have a private pool that does not have a safety fence or gate and no life guard on duty. A mandatory Swimming Pool Waiver & Release must be signed before check in.

Events and parties are on a case by case basis with prior authorization required. If allowed, it is understood that ALL HOUSE RULES must be adhered to and be approved prior to the event. NOISE COMPLAINTS will be fined the city rate of $2500.00 and if not resolved immediately, removal from the premises will occur and no refund provided. Any damages incurred by the event will be charged accordingly.

No vaping, or smoking anything INSIDE. Smoking of any kind is allowed OUTSIDE ONLY and cigarette butts, vape cartridges etc must be disposed of responsibly and respectfully. Any residual smell, or evidence of smoking, illicit drugs or vaping inside will be charged a mandatory Ozone cleaning fee of $250.00. However, any illicit drug use will be fined a remediation fee of up to $2000.

We have space for 3 cars in the driveway, and adjacent graveled area. 2 car street parking is allowed, but there can be no blocking of neighbors driveways or side walks. THERE IS NO GARAGE ACCESS

Our home is located near local bus transportation and is easily found on maps and by Uber & Lyft drivers. We have never had a guest have an issue finding our home. Old Town Scottsdale is about an 18min Uber ride while Sky Harbor Airport is a 13minute easy drive!

Check In: 4PM - Flexible
There is an electronic keypad on the front door. We will provide you with a personal code, the morning of check - in. It is unique to you for the duration of your stay. The code will be activated at 4:00pm on the first day of your stay and will deactivate 15 min after checkout at 11:15am. If there are any questions with the smart lock, we can let you in remotely and work to get you a new code.
***On occasion, depending on our bookings, we can and do offer early/late check ins/outs. It never hurts to ask if this is something that would help with your schedule. We try to be as accommodating as possible when our schedule allows!

I am so sorry we do not accept pets of any kind. Furry or feathered. Service Dogs are always welcome, but can not be left alone in the house for ANY reason.
Minimum age limit for renters: 21
We require the renter securing the reservation to be 25 years old to rent our home and all individuals in the rental party to be 21 unless they are accompanied by an adult or guardian.

Outside the home is okay, but we ask that you please be respectful of the yard and neighbors and dispose of all cigarette butts, empty vape cartridges etc. in appropriate garbage receptacles. Do not leave them on the grounds, in planters etc.
--REGISTERED GUESTS ONLY- We can not allow unauthorized individuals on our property for safety and liability reasons. Failure to comply with this will result in immediate removal from the property and a refund will not be provided.
--OCCUPANCY - Our maximum number of guests staying overnight is 8/9 excluding babies. Any additional individuals staying the night will be asked to leave immediately. Failure to comply will result in the immediate removal from the property and no refund will be provided.
--PETS - We love pets of all kinds, but we have many guests that are allergic to a variety of animals. In respect to their comfort and health, we have chosen to remain a pet-free home. Failure to comply will result in the loss of your security deposit. *** Service Animals are not considered pets, are hard working, respected animals and never charged a fee. However, we do require the service animal NEVER be left alone in the home and be on a leash or under voice command at all times. Emotional Support Animals are not considered service animals and will not be allowed.

These professionals consist of, but are not limited to landscapers, pool maintenance and pest control workers that come weekly, bi-weekly or quarterly. Please allow them to do their job so they can get in and out quickly and thus provide less disruption to your daily activities.
--SIGNED SWIMMING WAIVER & RENTAL AGREEMENT IS MANDATORY- A swimming waiver will be provided for you to sign at the time of your booking. Failure to sign the waiver will result in the inability to stay in our home. By signing this waiver you are releasing Bramacal Rentals, LLC from any liability resulting from swimming in the private pool.

Payment Policy
A non refundable 15% deposit of the total charge will be charged to hold your reservation at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be charged 14days before check-in.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A REFUNDABLE damage deposit of $500 is charged on all guest stays, paid via Zelle or Venmo. Returned at the end of the stay via the same payment platform used.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations can be cancelled 14 days prior to check in, minus the non-refundable 15% deposit charged to hold your dates on our calendar. No refunds will be granted after 14 days prior to your check-in date. Unfortunately there will be no exceptions, however life happens and we understand this. If you have had an emergency or another issue arise that can not be avoided, we will offer a credit for rebooking with us at a later date.
