Hallandale Beach, ideally situated between Miami and Fort Lauderdale, presents an excellent locale that combines the finest aspects of both cities, easily accessible within minutes by car. This community boasts abundant shopping opportunities, with the convenience of a nearby Walmart for extended stay grocery needs.

This condo is situated within the prestigious Hallandale neighborhood, a mere stone's throw away from Hyde Beach and a short drive from both the Aventura Mall and the dining establishments of Sunny Isles Beach.

Age limit to check-in is 21+ years old.

UPON CHECK-IN YOU WILL BE ASKED TO PAY THE FOLLOWING FEES:

1. Resort Fee is $40 + tax per night
2. Valet Parking is $40 + tax per night
3. Security Deposit is $150 per night (to be paid at the front desk during check-in using a Credit/Debit card, refundable upon check-out). The Security Deposit is mandatory for all the guests.

EV Charger is available and guest have to pay for it separately.

*Only two beach chairs and 1 umbrella included in resort fee.

Please note: Extra beach chairs are available on a first come first served basis, consider arriving early to secure them particularly during high season.

**Early check-in needs to be confirmed with "Hyde Beach house" hotel directly by calling, They would be able to check you in as soon as the property gets the confirmation for the inspectors.

***Late check-out fee is $120 for 2 extra hours based on availability and must be confirmed with STAY TODAY representative at least before 1 day check-out.

Kindly note: the unit offers sufficient amenities for a short-term stay, and we encourage you to discover nearby supermarkets, shops, and plazas to replenish any additional items according to your preferences, taste and needs.

- BUGS & CRITTERS: Please note we routinely spray the property for bugs and insects, however if you do come across any little critters please keep in mind that Florida is a sub-tropical climate. To help prevent this, keep the doors closed.

- Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of $500.
