Lake Garda with its extensive bathing and water sports facilities is approx. 9 km from the house. The nearest settlements on the lakeshore are the beautiful old towns of Gargnano, Villa and Limone.

Two small bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with bunk beds, as well as a shower room complete the 60 m² living space. There are two terraces in front of the bungalow, the main terrace facing south with a view of the lake and a covered veranda overlooking the garden. Garden furniture, parasol and barbecue are available.

The picturesque garden was designed by the owner, a landscape architect, and is maintained in a natural way. The main feature is an olive grove ("Oliveto"), with an underplanting of lavender and irises as well as other typical Mediterranean plants of the Lake Garda region.

From the terrace you have a view of Lake Garda and Monte Baldo, the bungalow is surrounded by mountains and woods (nature park), the property is completely quiet and car-free,
