Welcome to Olim Oasis, your effortless family beach retreat! Just a 4-minute walk to beach access stairs and steps from a nearby park, our cozy layout is designed to be stress free.
While the kids & dogs play in the fenced yard, relax in the private hot tub or by the fire pit. Enjoy coffee on the front porch, movie night in front of the fire, and s'mores on the private deck. Fully stocked kitchen is ready for family meals. Dog-friendly and stress-free—your perfect coastal escape awaits!

The space
Living, Dining & Kitchen
Step inside, kick off your shoes, and settle into our theater-style seating—the ultimate spot for a family movie night. We’ve integrated USB ports into the seating to keep everyone’s tablets and phones charged. When the sun goes down, the gas fireplace adds instant warmth with the touch of a button.
The chef-ready kitchen is fully prepared for family taco nights or slow pancake mornings, with a pantry stocked with basic spices and oils. For your peace of mind, we’ve included a safety gate for the stairs, and safety essentials like the first aid kit and fire extinguishers are clearly located by the laundry and entry doors.

Garage & Beach Adventures
We’ve loaded the garage with everything you need for the perfect day at the shore! Grab our beach chairs, kites, coolers, sand toys, and the beach wagon.
* Quick Access: A brisk 4-minute walk leads you to the Olivia Beach staircase.
* Stroller/Wagon Route: A gentle 10-minute stroll offers a flat, no-stair path to the sand at Nelscott Beach - perfect for the wagon!
* For the Pups: We also provide two folding dog crates in the garage for your furry family members. (note 2 dog max per group)

Restful Bedrooms
* Downstairs Master: A quiet retreat featuring an oversized soaking tub. Parents will find a Pack-and-Play, high chair, and extra bedding tucked away in the closet for easy access.
* Upstairs Rooms: Flexible sleeping for the whole crew! The black sofa converts to a Queen sleeper, and we’ve provided a foldable floor mattress that’s a hit with the kids for "indoor camping."

The Pool Room
Game on! Our pool room is the hub for friendly competition. For extra sleeping space, the sofa here pulls out into a full-size futon—perfect for teens or kids.

Backyard & Hot Tub Oasis
Step out into your private fenced sanctuary:
* Hot Tub: A guest favorite! Soak under the LED lights and waterfall. We’ve provided outdoor-safe drinkware and dedicated spa towels (found on the dryer).
* Fire Pit & BBQ: Grill up dinner with the provided tools and propane, then gather for s'mores around the fire.
* Pet-Friendly Ease: The yard is fully fenced for roaming. We’ve provided a scooper and bin in the side yard to keep the space clean and ready for play.

A Few Helpful Notes
To keep the Oasis peaceful, we observe neighborhood quiet hours (10:00 PM – 8:00 AM). Our tankless water system provides endless hot water for the whole family, though it takes just a moment to reach temperature. We’ve designed every detail so you can focus on making memories!

Exploring the best of Lincoln City is a breeze from our central location!
* Dining: For a variety of local flavors, head over to the Pine Dines Food Trucks (just a quick 5-minute drive). For world-class brews and stunning bay views, the famous Pelican Brewing - Siletz Bay is less than 10 minutes south. Left Coast Coffee and the Nelscott Breakfast House are both an 8 min walk for morning needs.
* Groceries: McKay’s Market and 1st Choice Fresh Market are 5-10 minutes away, making it easy to stock up for your stay.
* Pharmacy: If you need any essentials, Walgreens is about a 10 min drive north on 101.
