The second and third floors are accessible only by stairs, so this home may not be suitable for guests who have difficulty with multiple flights.
We are located three blocks from the Arkansas River and near active railroad tracks. As part of the downtown area, you may hear normal city traffic, including trucks, as well as occasional boat or train horns during your stay.
For safety and property monitoring, an outdoor security camera is in use.
