Welcome to the beautiful Spanish Main, 45! The Spanish Main is perfectly placed right on the ocean, where you’ll be able to sit, relax, have your morning coffee and embrace the sights and sounds of the ocean waves.

The space
We offer a filled kitchen with multiple accessories for cooking, plenty of dining seating and a high chair available, a large sofa with fun accent chairs to enjoy the space, a 55" smart TV to allow you to enjoy the streaming services you prefer, a breathtaking ocean view from inside and on the patio, a king bedroom suite with a walk in closet, a separate bathroom with a step in shower. The walk in closet can also be used as a private working space for those needing to complete work activities or virtual meetings. Beach Chairs, boogie boards, beach umbrellas and beach/sand toys are also available. We also have another bedroom with 2 twin beds, bed rails available in the closet and a pack n play with the second bathroom providing a shower and bathtub combo.

We have stocked some children toys in the living room console table and childrens books in the coffee table for fun indoor activities or afternoon and bedtime reading.

We also provide an in unit Washer & Dryer, cable TV in the living room and master bedroom and free Wifi included with your stay.

We have a few restaurants within walking distance,
-Whisk & Grind is a breakfast and lunch eatery
-4th Street Filling Station is across the street
-The famous Coconuts on the Beach is approx ~10min walk via the beach

Please be aware the condominium is getting new concrete surfaces and the exterior of the buildings will be painted over the duration of 9/1-10/25. There may be noise or limited access to the balcony while this occurs. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Guest access
Guests have access to the whole space in the condo minus one owners closet located by the front door.

-This is a NO smoking property, and subject to loss of deposit.
