This cottage is designed for guests who want a calm, comfortable place to land at the end of full days out exploring Colorado Springs. Bright, clean, and thoughtfully set up, it feels easy and intentional rather than over-styled or temporary.

Mornings are simple here. Coffee in the kitchen, a real breakfast, and a short walk or drive to the Olympic Training Center, downtown, or nearby trails. Evenings slow down with a soak in the hot tub, a meal on the grill, or quiet time inside.

The bedroom is set up for rest, with a comfortable king bed, soft linens, and a peaceful layout that helps you actually sleep well. The living space stays flexible, whether you’re streaming a movie, working remotely, or sharing the space as a couple.

Climate control is fully guest-controlled, with window ACs, heaters, and fans so you can adjust things exactly how you like. The shared outdoor amenities are intentionally limited to just two units, keeping the experience relaxed and uncrowded.

This is a stay built for comfort, simplicity, and ease. A place that feels private, settled, and welcoming, whether you’re here for a few nights or a longer stay.

Guests have full, private access to the entire cottage, including the bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living space, and in-unit laundry.

You’ll have private off-street parking located just off the alley, directly adjacent to the cottage. These dedicated parking spots make arrivals and departures easy and eliminate the need to search for street parking.

The yard is fully fenced, creating a secure and enclosed outdoor space. A gated entry leads from the yard to the shared rear patio, where the hot tub is located. The hot tub is shared only with guests staying in the main house on the property.

There is no interior access between units. Each space is fully separate, with clearly defined private and shared areas for a comfortable and respectful stay.

We offer concierge-level support throughout your stay. Whether you need a dining recommendation, an extra towel, or a last-minute wine delivery, our team is just a message away. Communication is seamless, with fast replies and thoughtful care, ensuring your time here is uninterrupted and effortless.

We gladly welcome guests for extended stays, whether you're visiting for work, relocation, or simply seeking a longer retreat. Week-and month-long stays are absolutely possible, and we’re happy to offer custom rates tailored to your plans.

Pets: Up to 2 dogs are welcome. Pet fee is $75 per pet per stay. Dogs must be house trained and may not be left alone in the home at any time.

Hot tub: The hot tub is available 24/7 and is shared only with the Airbnb home located at the front of the property. Quiet hours are observed. Please keep voices low, follow posted spa guidelines, and be respectful of other guests.

Stairs: The home has multiple levels, and stairs are required between floors.

Security: One exterior security camera is installed above the front door only. There are no interior cameras.

Smart Lock: A unique entry code linked to your phone number will be activated on your check-in date and automatically deleted at checkout.
