Private parking with your own locked gate behind 8 foot privacy fences. This place is designed to be a perfect extended stay.

Guest access
The entire upstairs unit of this quadplex is your private space. There are thick insulated walls separating units. The only shared space is the laundry room which has high-end LG Tromm Steam Washer/Dryer. Outdoor patio is for your use with large grill and nice views of downtown.

Other things to note
You will get your own private gated-parking spot behind a locking 8-foot fence. Street parking is also free and easy to come by. Please let us know if you'll need an additional parking spot ahead of time.
