We open the doors of our Vacation home for you to enjoy with family and / or friends. Please treat this house like yours and try to leave it the way you found it. Our House Rules are: - Our house is NON-SMOKING and NON-DRUGS. No use of tobacco products in the property, including cigarettes, smokeless tobacco, electronic cigarettes, cannabis or drugs. We will apply a fine of $500 if you smoke or use drugs on the property. If Drugs are found in the property will be report it to Airbnb and the Police department. - Pets are not allowed in the house. We will apply a fine of $500 if you bring a pet without authorization and a resort fine. - Please DO NOT burn any candles in the house. - Keep the main door and windows closed when the A/C is on. - To avoid damage to the A/C unit, the thermostat cannot be set lower than 72 degrees Fahrenheit or higher than 78 degrees Fahrenheit. - Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet or it will clog. There will be a charge to fix it should that be the case. - Do not leave opened food items out, since they will attract bugs and avoid eating in the bedrooms for the same reason. - Take the garbage to the dumpster next to the Resort Main entrance. - Plastic cups and dishes have been provided to use outside, to prevent any injuries caused by broken glassware. - Quiet hours start at 10 pm. Please keep noise to a minimum to respect our neighbors. - Please do not move around the furniture. If you do, there will be a charge to rearrange them. - Pool towels are available in the unit, please don’t leave them on the pool. - Please do not remove the bed quilts, comforters, sheets, pillows or towels from the condo. 12. All Items are part of our inventory. If you remove or damaged you will have an extra fee. Guests breaking rules will pay minimum clean charge of $500 plus damage charge, rent loss and resort fine.
