Make every day a spa day in the home’s luxurious bathrooms. Both king suites have private bathrooms to ensure ultimate privacy and convenience with zero entrance walk-in showers. Enjoy a bubble bath in the free-standing two-person tub in the main bedroom, or turn on the three shower heads for a rejuvenating steam shower. Radiant floor heating keeps your toes warm, and you can use the remote to lower the motorized shades or leave it open to see outside.

- FORT ROCK PARK: The park is steps from Alpine Lodge and features a playground, pickleball and tennis courts, baseball diamond, horseshoes, basketball, walking trails, and more.

- SUNRIVER NATURE CENTER & OBSERVATORY: The Sunriver Nature Center & Observatory offers educational and interactive experiences for families. Explore the nature center's exhibits, learn about local wildlife, and participate in guided nature walks. In the evening, stargaze at the observatory, and learn about the wonders of the night sky.

- SHARC (Sunriver Homeowners Aquatic & Recreation Center): SHARC is a popular destination for families in Sunriver. It features a large outdoor pool, water slides, a lazy river, and a tot splash and play area for younger children. The facility also offers indoor pools, a hot tub, a fitness center, and recreational activities like disc golf and tennis.

- SUNRIVER BIKE PATHS: Sunriver has an extensive network of paved bike paths that are perfect for family bike rides. Use the bikes we provide and explore the beautiful surroundings while enjoying the fresh air. You can also enjoy mountain biking on the forest trails adjoining Sunriver.

- MT BACHELOR SKI RESORT: Just a 25 minute drive away is one of the largest ski areas in North America. Ski off the top of the crater, flip out at a terrain park, or cruise on the long blues and greens. In the summer, enjoy mountain biking, zip lining, and more.

- SUNRIVER NATURE TRAIL: The Sunriver Nature Trail is a scenic walking trail that winds through the natural beauty of the area. Families can enjoy a leisurely stroll, spot wildlife, and appreciate the tranquil surroundings. The trail offers a chance to immerse in nature and create lasting memories together.

We don’t use a management company. We manage it ourselves and while we aren’t professional hosts, we are always here for you should you need something. We also love to enjoy the best, and we want you to enjoy the best, so we have high end items throughout. We hope you’ll make lasting memories at Alpine Lodge in Sunriver.

Guest Access:

- GENERAL: Guests can enjoy private access to the entire home with the exception of the 3rd garage and a few locked cabinets.

- PARKING: Free parking is available for multiple vehicles in the large driveway. We also have a free EV charger for your convenience.

- WORK FROM HOME: There is free, high-speed WiFi available throughout the home, plus a designated workspace in the first bedroom so remote workers can have a quiet space to get work done.

- FAMILY: Traveling with little ones? We’ve got you covered with a few supplies, including three Pack ’n Play cribs, a highchair, children’s books and dinnerware, and fireplace guards.

- PETS: We have a no-pet policy. Thank you for understanding.

Other Things to Note:

- Easy self-check-in is available via the keypad on the front door - a personalized code will be sent to you a couple of days prior to check-in.

- The property has actively recording cameras outside the home to protect the property and your safety. No cameras are inside nor in the hot tub area.

- Damage Protection: You can rest easy knowing your stay is covered with $5,000 in "all-risk" damage protection.

The $65 charge listed as a management fee is for the damage waiver. We offer this in lieu of a security deposit. Although rare, accidental damage sometimes happens. Traditionally this has been managed by a security deposit or damage insurance, both of which are cumbersome and have limits in protection. With all-in damage protection, you can rest easy.
