The entertainment area consists of a TV, a console containing a variety of board games, and a sofa. Outside the alarmed sliding glass door, relax and enjoy the 10- by 24-foot private pool or the therapeutic spa. The enclosed outdoor shower is also located in this fenced area along with outdoor dining and many lounge chairs for everyone to enjoy the outdoors.

There is an airy great room with beautiful flooring, high ceilings, a 55” TV, and an electric fireplace providing ambience and heat if needed. The open design of the top floor allows maximum views of the sound and sunset. The seating area is open to the main deck also providing spectacular views of the sound, especially at sunset. The deck off the dining area provides for enjoyment of the activities of the pool below as well as supervision. The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a large island with seating, custom cabinets, and a pantry. The dining area is spacious and is completed by a coffee station or bar.

There are two additional decks on the mid-level and a washer/dryer.

There is a main suite with a private bath with a tiled bathtub and shower and access to a deck facing the panoramic view of the Currituck Sound. One guest bedroom features a terrace with views of the pool, and another is ideal for families and can sleep several children in a twin-over-double bunk bed and a twin trundle. A portable crib and mattress are available on-site and will fit nicely in this space.

The pool is unheated and open from the April 5th through mid-October.
