• Any excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $3000 building violation fine.

• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
• No gatherings, no extra visitors, and no overnight guests who are not part of the reservation.
• Breaking this rule results in $3000 violation fee + immediate termination of stay.

• No smoking of any kind inside the unit or building.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookah, marijuana, incense, candles, etc.
