• This is a residential condominium building with families and full-time residents.
• Quiet hours are strictly 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Condo Law).
• Noise must remain at normal conversation level at all times.
• Any excessive noise, loud music, shouting, or disturbances may result in immediate cancellation without refund and a $3000 building violation fine.

• ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS.
• No gatherings, no extra visitors, and no overnight guests who are not part of the reservation.
• Breaking this rule results in $3000 violation fee + immediate termination of stay.

🚭 SMOKING POLICY
• No smoking of any kind inside the unit or building.
This includes cigarettes, cigars, vapes, hookah, marijuana, incense, candles, etc.
• If smoke odor or evidence is found, there is a $500 cleaning/deodorizing fee.

🧼 CLEANLINESS & CARE
• Please treat the home with care and keep it tidy during your stay.
• Stains on towels, bedding, rugs, or furniture may incur replacement fees.
• Do not flush wipes, feminine products, or paper towels — plumbing fines apply.

• Please do not set the AC below 68°F or the heat above 76°F.
• When leaving the unit, kindly turn off AC, heat, lights, and fans.

• Do not leave food on counters or floors — the building requires this to prevent pests.
