* Dual Master Suites: Two private master bedrooms, offering privacy and comfort for adults.
* 3rd bedroom with king sized bed.
*4th bedroom with 4 twin beds for the kids.
* Luxury Bathrooms: Both master baths include large walk-in showers and a bidet. The guest bathroom has a shower/tub combo.

Living & Entertainment:
* Living Room: Unwind on the comfortable sofas and chairs in front of a big-screen TV or just look out the giant windows at the amazing desert views.
*Kitchen : Fully stocked with all the supplies needed to cook a family meal including stainless steel cookware, spices, and oils. Comes stocked with a drip coffee maker and coffee.
*Home Comforts: TVs and ceiling fans in every room and high-speed Wi-Fi.
* Privacy: All windows are fitted with blinds or curtains.

Outdoor space:
*Back patio includes fire pit with Adirondack chairs, BBQ grill and outdoor table with seating for 6.

Please note - our home does have a garage but it is not available for guest use and remains locked. We kindly ask that you do attempt to access the garage or tamper with doors or locks. Owner may need to access garage so please don't park in front of it.

Please note: Lake Powell is approximately a 10-minute drive from the home. Access to the lake and surrounding recreation areas requires a vehicle.

Guests will have full and private access to the entire home, ensuring a secluded and personal stay.

*Local Wildlife: The home is in a natural desert setting which is home to local wildlife, including coyotes, rattlesnakes, and scorpions. For your safety, please be aware of your surroundings and keep a close watch on children when outdoors.
*Security: For your peace of mind, the property is monitored by exterior security cameras. We turn off the backyard camera during your stay for privacy and only use it for security purposes when the home is unoccupied.
*This home is in a desert surrounded by sand. We do our best to keep patios and walkways clear but certain times of year are nearly impossible with wind and monsoon weather so patios and furniture can get quite sandy. We appreciate your understanding with this matter.
