Poipu Sands #225 and has new owners and completed a full renovation in June (Phone number hidden by Airbnb) to make this space even more fabulous! Just listed on Airbnb, we are excited to begin hosting guests.
The location of this complex is perfectly situation between the luxurious amenities of the Grand Hyatt Kauai Resort & Spa and the splendor and natural beauty of the Poipu coastline.
OWNERS' FAVORITE FEATURES:
-Two super private, covered, spacious lanais. If you want to spend time enjoying the ocean views with a cup of coffee or glass of wine, this is the place!
-Fabulous, modern pool perfect for cooling off.
-Two levels with plenty of privacy and space for the family to spread out.
ABOUT THE CONDO:
-Entry on the 2nd floor with spacious living and dining rooms, kitchen, bedroom (double bed + kids bunk bed for age ~7 and under), adjoining full bathroom, and large lanai.
-On the 3rd floor is the luxurious master suite with California King bed, full bathroom (dual vanities), and private lanai with sweeping ocean views.
-Unit sleeps a max of 6 people: 4 adults + 2 small kids; or 2 adults + 2 big kids + 2 small kids. Small kids are ~7 and younger. Floor futon can be made available for additional flexibility.
-Washer and dryer in unit.
-Kitchen is fully equipped with large french door refrigerator, Cuisinart coffee maker, Vitamix blender, Instant Pot, pots, pans, toaster, microwave, hot water kettle, waffle maker, BBQ tools (for any one of the many community grills), etc. Everything you need to cook great meals at home!
-Gear closet is equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, snorkel gear, sand toys, tennis rackets, yoga mat, dumbbells, soccer ball, beach umbrella, and many other items to have lots of outdoor fun!
-Family friendly with children's items available upon request: pack-and-play (portable crib), books, toys, utensils/cups, games, car booster seat.
-Please note that our unit does not have AC (central AC and split units are not allowed by Poipu Sands HOA). We have brand new ceiling fans in all rooms and the unit gets great ocean breezes.
-Entry to the unit requires walking up 1 flight of stairs.

Getting around
We are a 5 minute walk to Kauai Bus stop. While this is the most cost-effective way to see the island, it is time consuming and schedules are restrictive. Pedego bike rental is a 5-10 minute walk away. This is a great way to see Poipu/Koloa. Rental cars are your best bet for seeing the island on your own schedule with maximum flexibility.
