Nestle Inn 702*Gated w/parking and wifi - Las Vegas

This beautiful and updated 1 bedroom 1 bath condo offers 700sq feet of living space. It is located in a gated community on the 2nd floor. You get 1 assigned covered parking space in front of the building making it an easy and short walk to and from your car.

Stainless steel appliances, white quartz countertops, white shaker cabinets and basic cooking essentials are found in the fully functional kitchen.

In unit washer and dryer.

Complimentary tv streaming to stream free local channels and Roku free shows/tv is included. You would have to sign in with your account for apps such as HULU, Netflix, Peacock, Disney, etc.

Full access to the whole place. It is not shared with anyone else. No access to the locked storage in the dining area.

We aim to address our guest's inquiry in a timely manner. Please send us a message through the airbnb app. Our team will always do our best to get back to you as soon as possible but be aware that we are unavailable to respond to messages or calls from 10pm - 8am.

We do not have any control of the operating hours and closures of the ammenities in the complex such as the pool, gym, and hot tub. This is an ammenity we offer to midterm renters only when it is open. You must register with the HOA and sign a lease agreement for stays 30 days or more.

Due to the rules and regulations of the HOA, our guests staying less than 30 days cannot have access to the pool or fitness center.

This is a no smoking airbnb. A penalty of $300 will be charged if signs of cigarette smoke odor or nicotine/cigarette are found.

We are not a pet friendly airbnb due to allergies.

Check in is between 4pm-9pm. If you arrive later, we will not be able to buzz you in. You must wait for someone to enter the complex and follow in.

We kindly ask to keep the temperature setting between 69-77 degrees to avoid overloading the AC/heater capacity.
