OPEN IN "WINTER" -- Quite a few Northerners escaping ☁☃☂❄ know that the island being just below jet stream enjoys lots of sun and on average 20-40 °F degrees WARMER temps in December - March than NYC, DC, Philly, Boston, Chicago and all CANADA!

PS. We don't do damage waiver fees, because we believe all our guests are trustworthy, honest and responsible citizens. Should any accident happen causing any damage, please report as soon as possible before checking out, so that it does not have to be reported by housekeeping creating unnecessary later confusion. We can request a damage deposit if traveling with a pet, or small children.

Our EVIAN unit boasts one of the best and central locations. You are just across the Evian Pond, swimming pool and tennis courts on one side, and lagoon and Brigantine golf course on the other.
