Our cozy condo nestled in Welches is located on Three Nines Golf Course, a pristine golf course which offers stunning mountain views!
Ideal for outdoor enthusiasts with only a short drive to hiking trails, mountain biking, kayaking, & easy access to skiing! Enjoy local coffee shops, bakeries, & restaurants within about 1 mile. Relax on the patio or by the fireplace after a day of adventure. Book now for a memorably getaway!

Our 2 bedroom 2 bath comes with a king bed, a queen bed, and a twin bed with a twin pull out which offers ample space for your comfort. Inside, you’ll find a spacious open concept living area with a fully equipped kitchen & dining space. Enjoy our outdoor patio with scenic mountain views while grilling after a day of outdoor adventures!

Local ski bus stops at the intersection of Hwy 26 and Welches Rd allows for easy access to Ski Bowl, Meadows, & Timberline Ski Resorts!

1 reserved parking spot and public parking spaces available.

* No unauthorized pets or guests of booking may be immediately canceled without refund.

* This is a ground floor apartment. You may hear some movement noise from the apartment above. I have provided white noise machine in the unit should it bother you.

* The designated parking space is small and may not fit your vehicle. There are non marked spaces usually available close by for use. If you park in a numbered space, your car may be towed.

* Please be courteous of owners and other guests by exercising
quiet hours between 11:00 PM and
08:00 AM.

* Firewood is not supplied. There is central heat in the condo. Please DO NOT use fireplace day of check-out.

* Please NO SMOKING inside condo or an extra cleaning fee of $250 may be charged.

* The septic system is sensitive. Please DO NOT dispose if food or pour heavy chemicals such as drano down the drains. Please no flushable wipes.

* Stairwells and Common Areas
shall remain clear of bicycles, skateboards, snowboards, golf equipment, skis, baby carriages, shoes, clothing, backpacks, etc
