Our dedicated coffee station includes a De’Longhi Magnifica Evo espresso machine, Keurig, traditional drip coffee maker, French press, and multiple coffee options. Your health, safety, and comfort are our top priority. The home is thoroughly cleaned and sanitized after every stay, with special attention to high-touch surfaces to ensure a fresh and welcoming environment for every guest.

★ IMPORTANT NOTES ★

• A Ring Doorbell Camera is installed at the entry for guest safety and property security (exterior only).
• A Minut Noise Monitor is used indoors to help maintain quiet hours and ensure a comfortable stay for everyone.
• No pool or hot tub on-site. Guests often visit the nearby hot springs for a relaxing soak.
• Stays of 28 days or longer require signing a short-term rental lease agreement, as per local guidelines.

★ HOUSE RULES ★

• Smoking: Smoking is allowed on the balcony and outside the condo only.
Smoking inside the unit or anywhere within the building is strictly prohibited.
A $250–$500 smoking fee will apply for any violations.

• Gatherings: Small gatherings and celebrations are welcome.
Parties, loud music, and disruptive behavior are not allowed.
Violation of this rule may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without refund, removal from the property, and applicable fees ($3,000 and up) for party-related damages, disturbances, or HOA fines.

• Pets: Please clean up after your dog at all times.
Dog waste stations with bags and trash bins are conveniently located throughout the condominium.
Failure to clean up after your pet may result in a $250 HOA fine, which will be passed on to the guest.
