This luxury destination cabin sleeps 26 with 3 King suites, and 2 Bunk Room suites, but the main reason to fall in love is the VIEWS! Situated on a mountain top, you'll find plenty of room to spread out, play games, enjoy the fire pit and stand binocular...or simply relax.

Stake your claim and treat yourself to luxury in one of our three King Master suites! Each one offers privacy and comfort with a huge shower and irresistible soaking tub. The best part is all three masters are located downstairs, with NO upstairs rooms overhead! We’ll let you ponder how we pulled that off…

You can divide up the kids or even sleep more adults in our TWO huge bunk rooms suites! Each one offers 4 additional Queen bunk beds and its own private full bathroom. Plus, each one offers something unique. The south bunk room offers stunning views unlike any other in the Broken Bow area, with a gorgeous sitting area and desk, where you can catch up on some work, reading…but we bet you just get lost in the scenery. The north bunk room has THREE TVs mounted to the wall for the gamers in your group! Once they enter this bunk, you may not see them again for a while!

The living areas offer ample and comfortable seating, where you can split off and have separate conversations or activities, and of course every seat has a stunning view! The Living room sectional also offers a queen air sleeper for additional sleeping.
The downstairs game room is fully equipped with a full-size Brunswick pool table, an arcade console, plenty of board games and a mini bar with sink and fridge. It even has a queen sleeper sofa for additional sleeping arrangements. You’ll find the additional full bathroom in the hall quite convenient as a powder room, or for use by the guests who sleep in the game room or living room.

This unbelievable getaway is only minutes from Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, and all of the attractions of Hochatown, but offers a unique experience where you’ll find yourself hesitant to even leave the property. Our two-tiered mountain-top terrace gives you the feeling of being at your own national park, with a vintage style pedestal binocular for observing distant landmarks and the gorgeous surroundings of the Ouachita National Forest. You’ll have plenty of room to play outdoor games, take photos until your heart’s content, soak in a hot tub with a view, or relax by the fire pit. From roasting s’mores by the fire, to stargazing, to simply relaxing in such a special place, you’re sure to make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime. And we’re sure that once you visit Restoration Point, you’ll definitely want to come back!

Guest access
As guests, your group will have this entire cozy cabin all to yourselves. This includes comfy bedrooms, cozy living spaces tastefully decorated with high end furnishings, and amazing outdoor amenities. There’s plenty of free parking on the property with a circle drive so bring your boat or ATV.

Fast wifi is available throughout the property, so you’ll be able to stream for fun or work.

Other things to note
ACCESS: Check in is at 4pm and checkout is at 10am. We are not able to accommodate early or late checkins/outs during busy times or same day checkins/outs for guests. The cabin features self-checkin using an electronic smart lock keypad. A unique door code will be provided at least 48 hours before check-in.

RULES
✔ No more than the max number of guests allowed at the cabin based on the reservation.
✔ Quiet hours are from 10pm to 9am in respect of other surrounding cabins.
✔ Avoid the use of hair dyes, hair coloring and other products that could stain linens.
✔ No fireworks, candles or discharging of firearms allowed.
✔ If the cabin is left excessively dirty it could require an additional cleaning fee.
✔ An adult of at least 18 years old must supervise all kids around the hot tub and fire features.

DAMAGE WAIVER OR DEPOSIT: As part of the reservation, we do require a damage waiver fee charged or damage deposit.

RENTAL AGREEMENT: We ask guests to sign a rental agreement for their reservation.

RECOMMENDATIONS: We encourage all guests to purchase rental insurance should something unexpected come up and impact your stay. We must follow our refund policy.

WEDDINGS: We have a wedding event fee and requirements. Please inquire for more details.

EVENTS: All events must be approved by the host.

NO SMOKING: or use of fire permitted in the rental. Guest acknowledges that no “smoking” includes the use of vape pens and marijuana and “use of fire” includes lighting of candles, incense or sage. There will be a $500 charge if this rule is not followed.

SECURITY CAMERAS: Renters acknowledge and accept that the property is monitored by outdoor security cameras to protect the cabin.

PETS: Pets are allowed with a small fee that is charged at booking.

NOTICE: All guests at the cabin agree to hold the property owner and all contractors harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from or related to the use of the cabin. This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, accidents, or losses that may occur on the property. Renters acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests while on the premises. The property owner and contractors shall not be held liable for any incidents or damages resulting from the use of the cabin, its amenities, or the surrounding area, except under gross negligence or willful misconduct.

WILDLIFE & NATURE: We have a regular pest control service that maintains the grounds. However, as we are located in a rural area, potential guests should be aware that local flora and fauna, including snakes, lizards, deer, bears, raccoons, spiders, ladybugs, wasps, bees, rabbits, excessive pollen, poison ivy/oak, chiggers, beetles, field mice, ants, cockroaches, squirrels, opossums, flies, coyotes, moths, and butterflies, may be present. Despite our strict pest control and cleaning regimen, some native wildlife may still make their presence known. Because the cabin is in the forest, we cannot guarantee you won't see some of these. We appreciate your understanding!
