Bring the crew for spring training! This fully remodeled 4BR, 3-bath home has 2,051 sq ft of modern space for up to 10 guests. The chef’s kitchen centers on a huge island made for game-day spreads and group dinners, and three full baths keep mornings moving. Parking is easy, with room for multiple cars in the driveway plus street parking. You’re centrally located near Sloan Park, Hohokam Stadium, and Tempe Diablo, plus downtown Mesa, Mill Ave, and Scottsdale nightlife.

Guests will have access to the entire home aside from a closet in the hallway, a couple kitchen cabinets and an outdoor storage box that we keep supplies in.

The most central spot in the East Valley. The home sits in an established residential area of west Mesa (ZIP 85202), just south of Broadway Road between Dobson and Alma School. It’s within a few minutes of Sloan Park, and Hohokam Stadium and Tempe Diablo are a short drive away, which makes it an ideal home base for spring training. Downtown Mesa’s restaurants, breweries, and the Mesa Arts Center are about 10 minutes east. Downtown Tempe, Mill Ave, ASU, and Tempe Town Lake are about 15 minutes west. Mesa Riverview has shopping and dining near Sloan Park, and grocery stores, gas, and quick eats line Dobson Road and Alma School Road nearby. Old Town Scottsdale, Gilbert’s Heritage District, and downtown Phoenix are all an easy 15 to 25 minute drive, so you can go wherever the group wants without a long haul.

Easiest by car, with quick freeway access in every direction.

Drive: The US 60 (Superstition Freeway) is just south of the home, and Loop 101 and Loop 202 are a few minutes away, putting nearly the entire Valley within a 25 minute drive. Free parking for 3 to 4 cars in the driveway, plus street parking.

Rail: The Valley Metro light rail runs along Main Street, about a mile north of the home, with direct service to downtown Mesa, Tempe, and Phoenix.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft are widely available and are the easiest option for nights out in Old Town or Mill Ave.

Walking: The immediate area is residential, so a car or rideshare is best for restaurants and attractions.
