The kitchen, with a large table in the middle, allows several people to eat together. It has a television, DVD player and has an INTERNET and WIFI point. There is a gas machine for cooking, with a gas oven; a microwave oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a toaster, a blender (miniprimer). Next to the kitchen is a service bathroom with a washer/dryer, brooms, mini sink and toilet, iron and ironing board. The security deposit is payable on arrival and will be returned on departure after checking There is air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room. NEW 2020: tourist tax to be paid on site. The property is fenced off. The outside yard can accommodate at least three cars. The porch, approx. 80 sqm, is equipped with two large tables, chairs, armchairs, small tables, deckchairs, outdoor lights, fixed benches, flower boxes. The garden, which is level, has tall trees, flowers, a small vineyard, and direct access to the small beach.

It is located on the shore of the lake. It is 300 m. from the provincial road that can be reached by an inter-modal road, (Via Settevene Palo I tronco 18/A). In the property, brown and white gate at number 12; in an annexe, the gardener lives with his wife. Scheduled time of departure: by ten o'clock in the morning . Scheduled time of arrival: from six o'clock in the afternoon.

The train from BRACCIANO TO ROME SAN PIETRO in 50 minutes will take you a few steps away from the Basilica where the JUBILEE 2025 rites will be held.
There are numerous departures to and from Rome to Bracciano by train. Bracciano railway station is 2 km from the villa and parking is possible in the immediate vicinity.
