Owner lives on the property. no youth groups.This is a beautiful holiday home for up to 10 people with a heated pool on a fenced plot of 1200m2 that is stylishly furnished with modern equipment for a pleasant holiday. Built in a quiet residential area with single and multi-family houses, you are located in the northern interior of Istria, not far from the border with Slovenia, and can easily go on excursions to nature, beautiful villages, the sea and neighbouring countries. Next to the main house, on a plot of 1200 m2, you will find a large terrace for pleasant gatherings, a pool with sun loungers, a gazebo with a barbecue and a room with table tennis. The two-storey holiday home is divided into 6 bedrooms, three with double beds,

Three living rooms, three dining rooms and three kitchens and three bathrooms, one with shower and two with bath and washbasin. Each floor is approx. 100 m² in size. The furniture is new and harmoniously coordinated. While the bathrooms, hallway, dining room and kitchen are tiled, the bedrooms and living room have parquet flooring. Ground floor. Bedroom has a double bed of 200 cm x 180 cm. with wardrobe and mirror, bedside tables and lighting next to the Second bedroom on the ground floor A bed. 180×100 bedroom in wardrobe, desk, wardrobe and lighting next to the bed. Coffee maker (filter) kettle, salami slicer, toaster, egg cooker, for walking, blender, crockery, all kinds of classes, kitchen towels, etc. Large baguette with table and chairs. Living room with TV and all programmes. First floor two bedrooms, one with double beds 180×200 and also bedside tables with lighting above the bed. Chest of drawers. Second bedroom is equipped with two beds of 180×100. Kitchen, which is also a set as on the ground floor with dining area for eating. And living room with corner sofa, chest of drawers. Balcony door with access to a large terrace with large table, chairs and parasol where you can spend a pleasant time with beautiful views of the sea, Slovenia, Italy and the Alps. In the attic (with a slope) there is a small kitchen with a dining room and a living room. Two bedrooms. One with a double bed 180x200 and the other with a bed and a cot. Wardrobes, bedside tables. There are 3-4 parking spaces on the property.

. The accommodation is located approx. 2 km after the Croatian border in Kastel. Travelling from the west, drive through Slovenia. Drive past Koper, turn right onto the A1 in Koper (sign Pula Poreč-HR) and follow the E751 Smarska Road towards the Croatian border crossing at Castel. Castel is the first village after the border. Turn left 400 metres after the border (sign Kastel). In Kastel, follow the signs to Umag. After 350 metres, turn right at the chapel. Here you will see the sign Vizinada
