Guests can completely relax either inside of this superb home, or outside on the various terraces and outdoor seating areas cooled by sea breezes. After passing through the villa’s gates in Estate Solitude on St. Croix's northeast shore, Miramar welcomes guests beneath a columned portico entry featuring a bubbling fountain. Enter Miramar's spectacular 2,400-square-foot Great Room, which offers views of the ocean out toward Buck Island.

The Great Room features support columns, high ceilings and Italian marble floors with oriental area rugs, and a plush living area with a 70-inch LED TV with Surround Sound. There is also a Yamaha electronic piano for your entertainment. To one side is an elegant formal dining area, as well as an 18-foot wet bar with granite counters, an icemaker, and beverage coolers, behind which are windows that look out to sea. The Great Room is beautifully enhanced by sparkling crystal chandeliers, sculpture and superb lighting throughout. Just off the dining area and kitchen, through arched doorways, are the powder room and laundry.

Attached to the Great Room is a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has black granite countertops and custom cabinetry, complete with warming drawers. Appliances are top-of-the-line Wolf, Sub-Zero and Asko products. Truly an aspiring chef’s dream! Arched, The French doors on either side of the bar open out to the deck with heated pool and sun terrace with cushioned chairs. Moving to Miramar's east wing you will find the air-conditioned king master suite - a large room with a private sitting area and impressive ocean views. The spacious en-suite bath features separate vanities, enclosed toilets, dressing areas, and custom walk-in closets with drawers and lots space. This area is separated by a central glassed-in shower and an elevated Jacuzzi bathtub.

The French doors open from this suite to one side of the pool terrace outside. Stairs go down to the east wing to two deluxe junior queen bedrooms, both air-conditioned with satellite TV. Both of these two queen bedrooms offer delightful sea views and en-suite baths with separate toilets. The first queen bed has an inlaid wood headboard, and the second queen bed features a scrolled metal bedstead. Both bedrooms share a patio just outside their French doors, overlooking the ocean.

Further down a few more stairs to Miramar's air-conditioned workout room which includes satellite TV and a cushioned rubber flooring. The equipment includes a NordicTrack treadmill, a NordicTrack elliptical strider and a set of free weights. Enjoy the workout with a view!

Back on Miramar's main level, in the west wing is the second king master bedroom. Guests who choose this air-conditioned ocean-view suite with enjoy a sunken living area with satellite TV and French doors which open directly to the pool and terrace. The en-suite bath with vanity sinks, a glassed-in shower stall, a Jacuzzi tub, and a separate toilet.

Next door to the second master suite is the air-conditioned library and study, a very relaxing room in which to get a little work done. The library features a generous amount of books, and a sitting area add to this room's comfort.
