Milord - St. James

Recently renovated and refurbished, Milord is a light and airy two-storey property, with two bedrooms upstairs and one downstairs.

Professionally decorated in an elegant colonial style using contemporary tropical furnishings, Milord has high ceilings throughout (9' downstairs, 15' upstairs) allowing for natural light into the villa.

The louvered windows and doors allow natural breezes to flow, with ceiling fans and a/c in the bedrooms and living room for additional comfort. Both bedrooms upstairs open out onto a balcony with magnificent 180 degree views of the beach and Caribbean sea.

The kitchen and living area are open plan, with a dining room connected through archways. The living area opens out to a verandah, sun deck and large paved patio with steps leading down to a gate, which opens onto the beach. There is a reef in front of Milord with good swimming on both the right and left of the house.
