With four sleeping rooms, a dedicated office and 3 bathrooms, it’s ideal for families or groups. Minutes to Nike, Intel, trails, and Progress Ridge Plaza with shops, cafes, and a lake path—perfect for relocation or a quiet transition stay.

The space
This retreat offers space for everyone. The primary suite has a king bed, the guest room a full bed, and the kid’s room features 2 twin beds with rollaway beds to sleep up to 4 children. Two dedicated office spaces make remote work easy. Enjoy two living rooms—one a cozy downstairs den, the other a light-filled upstairs lounge. Step outside to a huge deck with a fire pit, perfect for dining, relaxing, or stargazing.

Guest access
Guests have full access to the entire home, including the four sleeping rooms, dedicated office, 3 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, kitchen, dining area, offices, laundry rooms, fitness room, garage, and the large outdoor deck with fire pit and yard. The whole property is yours to enjoy during your stay.

Room layout: Room 1 is the primary bedroom with one king bed. Room 2 is an office with no bed. Room 3 has two twin beds and two pull-out trundle beds, sleeping four in total. Room 4 has one full bed. Room 5 has one sofa bed. Maximum occupancy: 9 guests. Up to two small dogs are allowed, with a $150 pet fee per stay.
