THE SPACE

The Miami Pool Cottage isn’t another glass-and-chrome condo. It’s a vintage guest house with a heartbeat — thoughtfully restored, airy, and surrounded by fruit trees. Inside, sunlight filters through the windows in the morning, and the evenings invite long, slow conversations by the fire pit.

Each bedroom has a plush king bed, soft linens, and storage space to unpack fully. The living room’s convertible king sofa adds flexibility for families or small groups. The kitchen is stocked for cooking or coffee rituals, while the original clawfoot tub in the bathroom gives the space its signature character.

OUTDOOR LIVING

Outside, the half-acre garden becomes its own private world. Lounge by the saltwater pool, nap on the daybed under palms, or climb into the handcrafted treehouse. Dinners are often cooked on the grill and shared under string lights. WHAT TO KNOW

• The pool is not fenced — please supervise children.

• We use no pesticides in the garden; fruit is safe to pick, but local wildlife occasionally wanders through.

• The cottage is vintage, thoughtfully updated with modern comforts.

• Maximum occupancy: 6 guests.

• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM.

• Smoking and parties are not permitted.

• Professionally monitored outdoor cameras ensure safety at entry points.

BEFORE BOOKING

To protect both guests and hosts, Miami Vacation Stays uses Truvi for guest verification, damage waiver coverage, and short-term rental agreements. You’ll complete these steps after booking, in line with Airbnb’s guidelines for professional hosts.

YOUR ARRIVAL

You’ll receive your private smart-lock code 24 hours before check-in. It activates right at arrival and expires automatically after departure. The entire cottage, garden, and pool are reserved just for you.
