MGM Signature Studio 8701 - Las Vegas

An 8th-floor one-bedroom suite in MGM Signature Tower 2, built for guests who need real space on the Strip, not just a room. A private king bedroom, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator, and a Strip-view balcony replace the standard hotel layout, and there is no resort fee added at checkout. Whether you're booking around a Strip event, a business trip to MGM Grand, or a weekend with friends, this suite is set up to be lived in.

• Parking — complimentary valet for one vehicle per reservation at MGM Signature (subject to availability); self-parking available at MGM Grand at standard MGM rates.
• Check-In — in person at the front desk starting at 3:00 PM. A valid government-issued photo ID matching the booking name and a credit card for MGM's incidental hold ($100–$200, released 3–5 business days after checkout) are required. Check-out is 10:00 AM. Early check-in/late check-out available upon request, subject to availability.
