MGM Signature Studio 7701 - Las Vegas

A couple or small group booking an MGM Signature suite for a Strip weekend, a fight week, or a work trip is usually deciding between floor, view, and fees — this 7th-floor 1BR in Tower 2 answers all three. A private king bedroom, two full bathrooms, a Strip-view balcony, and a full kitchen with a Sub-Zero refrigerator give real space to spread out, with no resort fee added at checkout. The reviews consistently point to the same reasons: the view, the kitchen, and the savings.

THE SPACE — 874 SQ FT
The bedroom is fully separated with a closing door, a king bed with premium linens, blackout curtains, Smart TV, and an en-suite master bath with walk-in closet. The living room holds a queen sleeper sofa, second Smart TV, seating for four or more, and a dedicated workspace with high-speed Wi-Fi and a laptop-sized safe. The private balcony opens from the living room and faces the Strip and pool area.

KITCHEN
Sub-Zero refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, full cookware, and all dishware. A functioning kitchen is a meaningful cost offset on multi-night stays — skip the $60 hotel buffet and stock the fridge on arrival.
