Guests have full private access to the entire home, backyard, and pool area no shared spaces.

Enjoy easy self check-in with a smart lock; you’ll receive your personalized code before arrival.

There are a couple of locked storage closets for housekeeping and supplies, but everything else including the pool, patio, bar lounge, BBQ area, and parking is exclusively yours.

Free on-site parking for up to 4–5 cars in the driveway.

🌳 Mango Trees & Tropical Charm
Our backyard features beautiful mango trees that bring natural shade and a touch of Florida’s tropical beauty. During mango season (a couple of months each year), leaves may fall more often and can occasionally blow into the pool on windy days. We provide professional pool service twice a week (Monday & Friday) as well as regular gardening, though leaves may still be visible between visits.

If seeing leaves in the yard or pool might bother you, this home may not be the best fit. Guests are welcome to use the provided rake for quick touch-ups if desired. Thank you for understanding—this is simply part of the natural charm of Florida living!

📌 Cancellation Policy

Please review our policy before booking. We’re unable to provide refunds for reasons such as booking mistakes, changes of plans, weather, medical issues, flight delays, or other personal circumstances. Thank you for your understanding.

🐶 Pet Policy (Updated)

We’re now pet-friendly! To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please note:

Refundable Pet Security Deposit: $300

Pet Fee: $50 per pet per day

Maximum: 2 dogs

Weight Limit: 50 lbs per dog

Approval required before booking

Guests are responsible for any pet-related damages or extra cleaning.

No parties or commercial activities, including photo shoots, presentations, or events.

Pool heating is available for $50 per day.

BBQ Grill: A full propane tank is not guaranteed. If empty, guests may refill it at a nearby store.

Because we’re in a breezy beachside area, leaves may occasionally fall into the pool or patio. The pool is serviced twice a week (Monday & Friday).

For safety and property protection:

Front door camera monitors parking and entry.

Backyard cameras monitor the pool area, noise levels, and occupancy.

Please respect quiet hours and house rules to avoid fines—this is a peaceful neighborhood.

🌿 Florida Wildlife

Florida’s natural environment includes small lizards, iguanas, and other local wildlife. They’re harmless and often seen outdoors. Please keep doors closed to prevent them from entering the home.
