You have the entire villa to yourself and your guests. A Reserved parking spot is right in front of the villa. There are several guest spots nearby the villa for additional cars. Max 3 cars per reservation

I am available through air bnb prior to your stay and during your stay. Once checked in - I have a local property manager that can assist you .

(Main address for Paradise Palms community is 8950 Paradise Palms Blvd) Located Just off Hwy 192 this villa is located near lots of food and restaurants Bahama Breeze, Ale house, Olive Garden, Texas roadhouse, Chik-Fil-A just to name a few. The new H20 Waterpark, Margaritaville, Publix, Walmart and Target shopping are also nearby.

One assigned parking spot in front of the Villa. Can park other cars in unassigned spots plenty of guest parking available. Walk across the street to pool, clubhouse and restaurant. We limit 3 cars max per reservation to be courteous to other guests.

Guests have access to the entire villa.
