Maison du Printemps - Royan

This beautiful 1950s house was completely renovated in 2015. It was designed by the architect André Morisseau, assistant to Claude Ferret, chief town planner for the reconstruction of Royan. Its 3 optimised bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people. The 78m² house is located at the foot of the Notre Dame de Royan church and is just a 4-minute walk from the central market. The entrance is via the Rue du Printemps, where the Japanese cobblestones lead right up to the front door.

The house has 2 levels. The ground floor and the first floor.

Ground floor (approx. 40m²):

The living area comprises a dining room (with tables and chairs) and a sitting room with television, sofa and internet access. Board games available.

The 8m² kitchen is surrounded by a beautiful glass partition, giving it a neo-modern feel. It is fully equipped and very functional (fridge, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, extractor fan, hob)...

The 50m² terrace lets you enjoy the outdoors (table and chairs available) and the peace and quiet, despite the house's ideal position in the town centre, close to all the shops, the Central Market, beaches and the Church...

There is a separate toilet on the ground floor.

Upstairs are the three bedrooms, as follows:

- A first bedroom of 11m² with a queen size bed

- A second bedroom of the same size with a double bed.

- A third and final bedroom with 3 single bunk beds (80cm each).

Finally, the shower room has a single washbasin, heated towel rail and WC.

Linen is not included in the price but can be provided on request and at an additional cost, as can made-up beds. Duvets and pillows available

WIFI is available, but pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the property.

Any disturbance at night will be dealt with by the police. House rules require quiet from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m.

Unfortunately, the accommodation not accessible to wheelchair users.

Free parking is available in and around the street.

ATTENTION any arrival after 20H00 and until 22H will be charged 30€ additional on the spot. From 10pm to midnight, an additional €50 will be charged on site. No departures before 6am.

From 6am to 8am, an additional €30 will be charged for any departure.
