Welcome to our Magnolia Lakehouse! The property is located across the street from the lake in a quiet, and relaxing neighborhood.

Within a 5 minute drive or 10 minute walk, you can have access to beautiful views from a bluff that overlooks Lake Whitney. Soak up the sun and scenery by visiting Lofers Bend Park or Soldier’s Bluff Parks that also will let you get your toes wet, go for a swim, or throw out a line to go fishing!

Our living room invites you to snuggle up on our super comfy leather couch while watching your favorite movie with family and friends on our Amazon Fire TV.

The Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to cook your meal of choice. Drip coffee maker available with coffee, creamer, and sugar available for all guests.

The master suite is furnished with a king size bed with extra blankets and pillows. Also has an Amazon Fire TV with recliner along with full sized closet with ensuite bathroom both with sliding barn doors.

2nd bathroom is on first floor or house and is shared with the laundry room. Laundry room comes with detergent for all guests to use.

There is an upstairs loft area that has a desk with ethernet access, if needed. Board games, card games, and puzzles are kept upstairs. The grey couch is a pull out sofa sleeper that can be turned into another queen bed, if needed.

The second new deck is located upstairs with access in between the loft area and 2nd bedroom. The deck has seating for four to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee while taking in the peek-a-boo lake views through the trees

The second bedroom is located upstairs and has a double bed, a boat bed that holds 2 twin beds, and an Amazon Fire TV. The 2nd twin is a trundle bed. There is extra storage space in the dresser and extra blankets in the lower drawers of the dresser.

Outside next to the carport, you will have access to our stone fire pit area with firewood provided. Make memories roasting smores with the family while enjoying the fire and calm neighborhood.

The carport and driveway can fit 2-4 cars, an RV, or a boat. There is also side street parking in front of the house for larger boats or extra cars.

The house comes with the fastest wifi available in the neighborhood, but can be spotty due to being by the lake.

**we are dog friendly, but only allow one dog < 50# unless discussed prior to booking. Dog must be disclosed with pet fee paid prior to getting access to the property. There is an outdoor dog run along the backside of the property that can be accessed through the back door or doggie door in the kitchen.
