At top-notch in NC, our family’s small business pours a lot of love and energy (and the kids’ college fund…no, just kidding - sort of) into our properties to make each one a unique, luxurious and cozy second home for your stay. ….having hosts with OCD does have its benefits - you will see ☺️^

We don’t charge you extra for amenities that you would expect a coastal vacation home to have!! Linens, towels, beach bikes, beach gear, EV golf cart, and more - no extra fees!

NOTE: Please ensure your reservation aligns with the sleeping accommodations provided, with all guests sleeping in beds in the bedrooms. The living room couch is not available for sleeping and cannot not be used as a bed. If your group requires more than the 11 beds, we invite you to come back and see us when you have a smaller group.

I just have to say this: the yellow paint on the walls is very off-brand 😂 once we get a break in the action, guess who will be going in there to wallpaper, paint, and apply shiplap?!

🏝️ This home has private community beach access, meaning you won’t have to use public beach access points or fight the crowds to enjoy your beach days. Ocean City residents and guests have a private entry to the beach, mapped on the last photo of this listing. No more than a three minute walk to your private, uncrowded beach!

🫧 Eco-friendly, natural, professional, high quality, and hypoallergenic soaps, detergents, and cleaning products. No rashes or toxic poisoning on our watch!

⭐️ Premium quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and other surprises sprinkled throughout the home will bring a spa essence to your beach week, and truly elevate your vacation.

⭐️You won’t pay extra for things you actually need: linens, towels, beach gear, parking, and beach access. Even some luxuries are included- like bikes, a golf cart, whole bean coffee, a few bougie things, private beaches, and live plants to clean the air you breathe, and more!

🚗 This coastal retreat is located on the island’s only and main road and noise levels vary throughout the year. Sound machines in every room for light sleepers or to amplify the ocean waves, if you like that.

📅 Summer Rentals (Memorial Day–Labor Day):
We highly recommend doing check-in/-out on days other than Saturdays and Sundays to avoid heavy weekend traffic—95% of rentals check in/out on those days. Plus, you’ll get a full weekend to enjoy the island’s best events!
