Hidden among the gardens of Marbella’s most iconic beachfront resort, this private residence offers a greater way to experience the Golden Mile.

Luxuriously furnished apartment located in Puente Romano phase 2 and fully equipped. The apartment is located on the Golden Mile next to the 5 star Puente Romano and Nobu hotel. The beach with fun - and sports activities is nearby. Overlooking beautiful communal gardens and swimming pools. Lots of nice trendy restaurants/bars. Car is not necessary. The fashionable Puerto Banus and Marbella old town can be reached on foot (35 minutes) or by bus/taxi (in front of the door).

The space
This first-floor apartment is situated on the beachfront of the Golden Mile in the Puente Romano urbanization (Phase II) and is surrounded by tropical gardens with two swimming pools. The apartment complex is located in the heart of the Golden Mile, right next to the renowned Puente Romano Hotel and the Nobu Hotel, both of which share the same architecture. The Puente Romano Tennis Club is located at the hotel, and opposite the apartment is a wellness/fitness/yoga club. There are more than 25 trendy restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery, and a coffee shop within 200 meters. The beach, with its beautiful beach clubs and bars/restaurants, is just a few minutes' walk away.

The apartment is only five minutes away by taxi from both the historic, old center of Marbella and the fashionable Puerto Banus.
There is a free private parking space available in front of the apartment entrance.

Comfortable apartment
The beautiful apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and has a very large south-facing covered terrace. The terrace is equipped with 2 large fans, which make your stay on the terrace very pleasant all year round.
The apartment is air-conditioned and can be heated during the colder months. It is equipped with an alarm system and there is a safe for your valuables. The enclosed communal beautiful gardens and swimming pools are very well maintained and are not only a feast for the eyes, but also a great place to relax. Sunbeds with cushions and umbrellas are plentiful and there is no need to reserve them.

Service
The apartment is thoroughly cleaned when guests change. Any interim cleaning (for stays of 7 days or longer, and the cleaning of bed linen and towels for stays of 10 days or longer) is provided (included). More frequent cleaning is available for a small fee.
Toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tissues, and a bottle of water are available upon arrival (included).

The apartment complex has 24/7 security, a reception/concierge service that can also be reached via the internal telephone system. It is also possible to have your first groceries delivered before arrival (for a fee, of course).

Interior Design
This apartment has been completely renovated and furnished with the advice of an interior stylist. This has allowed us to achieve a high level of comfort; it is certainly not a standard rental apartment. All materials and furniture – both inside and out – are of very high quality. The apartment is equipped with an exclusive Banni kitchen, furniture by Rolf Benz (indoors) and Jati & Kebon (outdoors), and very comfortable beds including a Tempur box spring. The modern bathrooms are equipped Featuring thermostatic rain showers, wall-hung toilets, a bathtub in bathroom 1 and a bidet in bathroom 2, and attractive bathroom furniture with ample storage space. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (adjacent).
The living room is furnished with a very comfortable sofa. This sofa can be converted into a bed upon request, making the apartment suitable for a fifth person (extra charge). In the second bedroom, the beds can be placed side by side. A crib and high chair are available.

Appliances
Equipped with Wi-Fi, a 65-inch 4K TV in the living room, a 50-inch HD TV in the master bedroom, and a 40-inch HD TV in the second bedroom, offering 4K/HD Spanish and international channels. All TVs are connected to fiber optic internet. Very fast fiber optic internet is available. The living room has a Blu-ray player for watching DVDs and Blu-rays, as well as an Apple TV for streaming movies. Netflix is ​​available on all TVs.

The kitchen is equipped with the latest Siemens/Bosch appliances, including a combination oven, induction hob, extractor hood, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is a Nespresso machine and milk frother for making coffee, espresso, and cappuccino, as well as a Smeg kettle, toaster, citrus juicer, and hand blender.

A perfect location all year round
The Puente Romano urbanization is well-developed and the most sought-after area on the Golden Mile/Costa del Sol. It's a very green area. Located next to the 5-star Nobu and Puente Romano hotels, this area has a lot to offer year-round. This contrasts with many other urbanizations, which are quiet in the low season.
In Puente Romano, you'll find several restaurants, bars, and shops in the immediate vicinity. The beach is one of the best in Marbella, with some very nice beach clubs and restaurants. There's a taxi rank and a bus stop less than 50 meters from the apartment, providing door-to-door service wherever you want to go. Bicycle rentals are also available near the urbanization.
This, combined with the fantastic weather almost year-round, makes this apartment a fantastic place to stay!

Guest access
