Welcome to Off the Grid! With unobstructed 180 degree views of the ocean and dunescape, our home has gorgeous views plus is updated inside and out. The 6bd/6.5bth layout has 5 ensuites with plenty of room for large families. Steps from beach access, it also has fun amenities for all - a game room, movie room and new pool.

New as of Spring ‘26 will be the plunge pool and outdoor lounge space near the carport (shown in renderings). We can’t wait for our guests to enjoy our home Off the Grid!

The space
*NEW TO AIRBNB for the 2026 Spring/Summer Season* We have in the past offered bookings through VRBO and directly, so this will be the first year we as owners will be hosting on Airbnb! We are proud owners and experienced hosts with a few other self-managed Airbnb homes in Corolla. We'd be absolutely thrilled to host you and your family/friends and help in any way we can.

Other features:
- As of spring 2026 our home will have a brand new plunge pool, fenced in private outdoor lounge space with Polywood furniture. It will be conveniently located near the carport/driveway, close to the outdoor shower and steps from beach access on our street cul-de-sac.
- Also new for 2026 will be the interior updates such as new quartzite kitchen countertops, appliances and counter height seating for 5 at the island. New large windows for 180 degree north views of the ocean and open space beyond our home. Plus a larger dining area space with additional seating.
- 70" TV on the 3rd level with AirPlay and Bluetooth connectivity
- Screened porch with bar height tables and bar stools
- Ships watch top floor nook with 270 degree views overlooking ocean and neighborhood

The New Pool:
*Special offer only for early-bird bookings: Complimentary Pool Heat (applies for guests who book in 2025 for spring/summer 2026)

Pool Heat/Fees (for guests who book in 2026)
Guests must request pool heat/AC at least a week ahead of their stay. The pool heat/AC option will be available from May-September and the fees are: $200/week, or $50/day for shorter stays. Our pool season varies each year, but we usually open the season in late April through early October. Please inquire about if the pool will be open when booking in the spring or fall. In the winter the pool is winterized, but the jacuzzi is always accessible to guests. It is heated/maintained year-round

The Corolla Area:
- The nearest beach crossover is just 50 feet away on our neighborhood section F cul-de-sac
- Community tennis and pickleball court down the street near the neighborhood entrance
- Bike and walking trails along highway 12
- About a 5 minute drive both north and south from grocery stores, restaurants and shopping
- The 4x4 Carova area is ~20 min drive north, the town of Duck is ~15min south, and Kitty Hawk is ~30 min south

Guest access
The whole home will be available during your stay. You will be given a unique entry code for your stay on your checkin day to access the carport door. We ask that guests arrive/check in according to the time and instructions they are given. We unfortunately cannot always allow early check ins or accommodate late check outs because of busy turnover schedules (especially in the summer) - so please be respectful to our team and other guests. If you plan to drive to Corolla and arrive a bit earlier in the afternoon, ask me ahead of time if the house is available for an earlier check in. We’re happy to double check!

*Driveway parking only, please do not park on the street. Our driveway can accommodate up to 4-5 cars

Other things to note
We want our guests to know that as owners we truly care about taking care of our home, and want you to feel confident when booking that you will have a smooth and relaxing beach vacation. Please reach out if you have any special requests, questions about what’s at the house, recommendations for restaurants, beach services, anything at all.

Basic Supplies: The home is stocked with a starter supply of kitchen products, paper towels, toilet paper and toiletries to get going. But we recommend that you bring or purchase more to last for the duration of your stay.

High Speed Wifi is an amenity that is provided at the property. If there are storms throughout the area this may affect connectivity for a short period of time.

The Amenities:
- Our new plunge pool and pool area lounge will be available for guests starting in April 2026. Pool heat prices are below:
Pool heat: $250/week, $50/day for shorter stays
*Early Bird Booking Special: Complimentary pool heat for bookings made on or before 12/31/25 for the 2026 year. We’re offering this special since we just have renderings of the pool area for now while it’s under construction!
- Movie Room and Game Room were added in 2024 and they’re a great entertaining space for all ages. The movie room features a large 86in LG TV, Dolby surround sound, and movie theatre seating for 5. The game room has a billiards table/accessories and seating for guests.
- 8 New Beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, and one large sun shade beach tent (supplies will be located in the carport)

The Area: Corolla is a beautiful northern Outer Banks town, known for its wild horses, pristine private community beaches, fun local attractions, dining, and views from both the seaside and sound side. This OBX area boasts stunning beaches, wild horses (near the 4x4 area of Carova), and tons of local businesses. It's the perfect balance of nature and beach town.
