The house is located in the ANDALUSIA REGION, MÁLAGA PROVINCE IN PUERTO BANUS on Salvador Dalí street, Pablo Picasso Street near the La Alzambra Urbanization in Puerto Banús and close to Avenida del Prado in Puerto Banús.

Puerto Banús is undoubtedly the trendiest resort in southern Spain. The town features two large modern shopping centers, numerous restaurants, bars, and boutiques, as well as the famous marina that houses some of the best yachts in the Mediterranean. The beautiful sandy beaches, many restaurants (Spanish, Thai, Italian, Chinese, Japanese, and American), and endless designer clothing stores with a supercar on every corner are trademarks of Puerto Banús. Every Saturday, a local market is held in the bullring for bargains. Nightclubs include The livingroom, NewsCafe, La Sala, Pangea, Ocean Club, and Glam.

You will find a row of restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the house, including French, Scandinavian, Italian, and Argentine. There is also a shop to rent bicycles, a gourmet shop, laundry, pharmacy, banks, café, and much more. There are 4 local supermarkets: Supercor, which is right next to the house, selling all the basic provisions and open from 8 am to 2 am seven days a week. There are also excellent larger stores like Mercadona just 200 meters from the house, Supersol nearby (also within walking distance), and Hipercor in Corte ingles, both of which have everything you might need, including fresh fish, vegetables, and meat counters.

Our house is very well located. It is very close to everything. There is a bus stop just 100 meters away, and we also recommend Uber for getting around if you don't want to walk, as it is very cheap!
