The cabin directly borders Kisatchie National Forest in the Claiborne area. Camp Claiborne is mere minutes away and there are trails of all types both on the property and within minutes for the avid hiker, equestrian and enduro or Jeep enthusiasts.

There are private trails on our property and walking trails in Kisatchie bordering the cabin, including the WWII and timber tram and a creek. You will be in the woods but within 10-15 minutes of stores. If you are coming to get away from it all, this is the place.
*New for July 2025 - we added a sleeper sofa to accommodate two children or a third adult.

Guest must e sign our Guest Agreement within 24 hours of booking. This reinstates our house rules. Failure to sign will result in cancellation.
