A secluded one‑bedroom lodge tucked deep in the Louisiana pines, designed for couples who want quiet, comfort, and a touch of luxury. Guests enjoy private access to a Finnish barrel sauna, an outdoor shower under the trees, and access to more than 200 acres of forest and creek land for hiking, fishing, and exploring just across the lane.

Cooper’s Lodge is a place to slow down, breathe deeper, and reconnect—with nature, with your partner, and with yourself.

The Lodge is tucked onto a private 1.5 acre site just across from our wilderness wonderland which has miles of trails, creeks, creek islands and utter peace. Our 1901 homestead cabin and Bougie Bunkhouse are on the next property over, about 100 yards from the back of the wellness center. These are private areas.

We are more than happy to show guests around, offer advice on favorite activities and we also offer historic tours which can be booked after reservation.

Cooper’s Lodge is an adults-only haven and is not appropriate for children or pets. Sauna safety guide is on site and guests must sign a guest agreement and waiver within 24 hours of booking or reservation will be cancelled.
