1. Per AirBnB policies, no third party bookings are allowed. Please let us know the exact amount of people you're booking with so we can prepare adequately to make your check-in easy and your stay with us very comfortable.
2. We have a maximum guest list of 8 people. No parties, commercial photography or events shall be hosted on the property.
3. No pets of any type are allowed inside the property. Unauthorized pets will incur a $300 daily charge (retroactively calculated from the start of the stay) and might lead to the cancellation of your booking or remaining days without the option for a refund.
4. No smoking inside the property. This includes weed, cigarettes, vapes, tobacco or all other variants. Smoking inside the home will incure a daily deodorization fee of $250.
5. No buying, selling, exchanging or use of drugs or drug paraphernalia on the property. Failure to do so will incur additional charges, up to $1000 and might also lead to a cancellation of your booking without the option for a refund.
6. No food or drinks whatsoever in the bedrooms, or on the couches/living room carpet. Guest will be held liable for cleaning fees associated with stains made by food or drinks.
7.. Please do not park on the lawn. Parking can be done on the driveway or street when space permits.
8. Do not remove items from the property when checking out. This includes towels, robes, sheets, blankets, pillows, utensils, books and all other items pertinent to the property.
9. All kitchen items must remain in the kitchen and must be cleaned after use. Please use the cutting board rather than cutting on the countertop.
10. Please do not move major appliances. We ask that you leave large items in place.
11. Please do not dye hair in the bathroom, write, hang, paint or nail anything on the wall.
12. Do not discharge firearms or fireworks on or inside the property.
13. Please refrain from washing heavily soiled clothing items in the washer.
14. We welcome babies and toddlers in our accommodation, but we offer no special accommodations for them. Everything required for their comfort, wellbeing and safety must be brought with you. Children must be supervised at all times both inside and outside the property.
15. This address cannot and should not be used for mail receipt or forwarding.
All areas of the house, except the garage are available for use.
Driveway and street parking available. Driveway can accommodate up to 2 cars and can be shared.
