Other things to note:

Must comply with all HOA and River Strand Country Club Rules and Regulations. Fines will be charged to Guests.

OPTIONAL use of country club ammenities for ADDITIONAL $ 572.45 transfer fee. This one time fee covers 1 household- 1 couple plus children under 18.

Reservation must be at least 17 days in advance to receive River Strand approval. A membership transfer application is required of River Stand to approve the reservation.
