In the same building you will have different choices of restaurants.
Also, with the convenience of our location, you can easily walk distance to Lincoln road and Espanola way. The apartment is situated couple of blocks from Lummus Park and SoBE Beaches.

Strict NO SMOKING policy.

Damages or stains to sheets/linens will incur additional charge not covered by cleaning fee.

Guest access
Self check in with keypad and code. The day before the check in, we will send a video that explain how to access the building. Check in is very easy and smooth.

Other things to note
LATE CHECK OUT: fees may apply and it's subject to availability.

PARKING : you have two options. During the weekdays (9am-6pm) you can park for free in the residential parkings (on the street around the building). Otherwise there is a public garage in front of our building, with convenient daily rates .
